General Provisions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the jeta7 platform — including casino games, sports betting, live casino, virtual games, and any promotional offers. By accessing or registering on the platform, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

1.2 Applicable Law

The applicable law and jurisdiction for any matter relating to this platform and its services shall be determined under the authority that licensed the platform. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with the laws of their country.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account with jeta7. This platform's services are strictly prohibited for minors. Valid identification may be requested to verify age during account verification.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may create only one account. If a person is found operating multiple accounts, jeta7 reserves the right to close all such accounts and withhold any deposited funds. Multiple accounts operated from the same household address may also be subject to review.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

All information provided at the time of account registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email address — must be completely accurate and correct. Providing false or incorrect information may result in the immediate closure of the account.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeta7 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-approved document may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password Protection

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Login credentials must not be shared with anyone else. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out from their account.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact jeta7's support team immediately. If jeta7 is not notified in time, it will not be held responsible for any resulting loss.

3.3 Third-Party Use

Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account in question may be permanently closed.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on jeta7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required in some cases due to identity verification or security review.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Only payment accounts registered in the user's own name may be used. Deposits from accounts held in another person's name, or withdrawals to another person's account, are not permitted.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit the bonus is ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.2 Other Promotions

jeta7's weekly and special offers (such as the jeta7 Weekly Reload Reward, jeta7 Friday Special, and jeta7 Slot Adventure Bonus) each have their own separate terms. It is the user's responsibility to check the relevant terms before claiming any of these offers.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If there is evidence of bonus abuse, jeta7 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• jeta7 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

The outcome of all games is determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. If a round is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount for that round will be refunded.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.

6.3 Disconnection

If an internet connection is lost during play, bets will be settled in accordance with the technical rules. jeta7 is not responsible for errors caused by internet connectivity issues.

6.4 Suspicious Activity

If an attempt to gain a systematic advantage in any bet, the use of bots, or unusual betting patterns is detected, jeta7 reserves the right to suspend deposits and withdrawals until an investigation is completed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Systematic abuse of bonus offers
• Coordinated betting strategies with other users
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts
• Intentional exploitation of system vulnerabilities or errors
• Unauthorized collection or disclosure of any platform data
• Threatening or abusive behaviour towards other members

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account termination and, where applicable, legal action may be taken.

Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Closure at User's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed, unless there has been a violation of the rules.

8.2 Closure by jeta7

If there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraud, or misconduct, jeta7 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Any funds seized in such cases will not be returned.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, jeta7 may review the account after notifying the user in advance.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

jeta7 strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, but is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by technical maintenance, server issues, or disruption to third-party services.

9.2 Third-Party Services

jeta7 is not directly responsible for any errors or delays on the part of game providers or payment processors. However, steps will be taken to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.

9.3 Accuracy of Information

Odds, statistics, and other information displayed on the website are provided with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if any discrepancy arises due to a typographical or technical error, jeta7 reserves the right to correct it.

Privacy and Personal Data
